Nada Al Hosani
Nada graduated from Al Jazirah Institute of Science and Technology in 2013 with a Diploma in Human Resources Management. She completed her study and graduated with a Bachelor Degree in the same field from one of the leading universities in UAE. She has more than 8 years’ experience in training, talent management and human resources field. Recently, she was working at Armed Forces Officers Club and Hotel as Talent Development Manager, until she decided to start her own business in training. She has a proven record of volunteering activities, as she is an active volunteer at Emirates Foundation and ADVETI Alumni Association.

Nada said, “I would like to extend my gratitude to ADVETI teachers and staff for their tremendous support, faith and trust, which helped me in establishing my career, increasing my self-confidence and influenced me to complete my study. I believe that ADVETI is the foundation stone of my career success.”
“I learnt at ADVETI many HR principles that I use in my work until today, such as the importance of listening, being humble even if you are a manager and investigation before making judgments. These principles made me a successful employee in every work I joined and gave me the confidence to give training in many professional areas.” Nada added.
“My advice to students would be to take their study seriously and try to benefit to the maximum from their teachers’ support. In addition, every student can make their dreams true, as long as she\he will work hard to achieve it.” Nada added.
Nada is planning to complete her master degree in organizational development field, in addition to establishing her own business officially through being a certified registered trainer in local authorities. Also, she is keen to be a UAE ambassador through doing tour guides for tourists who visits the UAE.

Aisha Al Zaabi
Aisha graduated from Al Jazirah Institute of Science and Technology in 2011 with diploma in Human Resources. She was one of the first group of ADVETI Human Resources graduates and she worked in several private and government companies in legal field for more than 9 years until now. She is an active alumni and participated in several alumni panel discussions, where she shared her experiences with students and encouraged them to work hard during their studies. In addition, she is a member of ADVETI Alumni Association Committee since establishment in 2016.

Aisha said “I enjoyed my study at ADVETI, because the study was practical and I did not have to memorize lessons. Our teachers were very supportive and they went above and beyond to make sure that we are ready for labor market. ADVETI provided me with innovative, supportive and friendly study environment.”
“Being part of ADVETI Alumni Association Committee was a great experience. This gave me the chance to develop my skills in addition to helping students. The opportunity to interact with different generations and the ability to explore different opinions and challenges are invaluable.” Aisha added.
“My advice to students is to benefit from positive people experiences, believe in yourself and work hard towards your dreams. I am proud that I was able to reach this stage in my life based on my skills, degrees and experiences only without help from anyone. If I was able to do it, you can do so.” Aisha added.
Aisha graduated with bachelor degree in Law from a leading university in UAE in 2017, and she is currently studying a Master degree in Criminal Sciences. She is planning to complete her PhD in Law in the upcoming 5 years in addition to progressing in her career.
