The qualifications are accredited by the National Qualification Centre (NQC). ADVETI is developing the program to address the needs labour market.

Functional Skills
- The Retail Operations program at ADVETI is designed to equip students with the necessary knowledge and practical skills to participate productively in a Retail environment.
- This program will cover a wide range of competencies in Retail Operations, from the basics to the specialized components of the field.
- The program will provide students with mainly factual, procedural knowledge and practical skills that they can apply to support improved Retail practices in the workplace.
- The curriculum will focus on various topics such as Customer Service, Sales Management, Inventory Control, Supplier Management, Online Marketing, Business-to-Business Relationships and Visual Merchandising.

- Knowledge of theories, principles, concepts, methods, standards, practices, and terminology in Retail Operations and other disciplines related to the field of work.
- Work sensitively and effectively in a multi-cultural environment.
- Support in communicating with effect in developing and maintaining active partnerships across an organization and with diverse external clients and other key stakeholders.
- Ability to show leadership and organizational skills, with a capacity to organize and sustain improvements within a team environment, and also the ability to work flexibly and cooperatively as a member of a team.
- Good level of spoken and written communication, interpersonal, presentation and public speaking skills, and a proven ability to use these skills to prepare and present clear, concise, quality advice.
