APPRENTICESHIPS PROGRAMME
ADVETI Apprenticeship is a structured training program that combines on-the-job training with classroom instruction which results in a recognized National Qualification. This dual system ensures that learners acquire valuable skills in the workplace while also benefiting from educational support at the vocational training institute. An apprentice works as an employee of a company and receives practical training while developing essential functional skills for employment.

APPRENTICESHIPS PROGRAMME
Who is it for?
- Someone willing to commit to work and study but prefer a more hands on work-related way of learning.
- Someone ready to start working with an employer and be based in the workplace most of the time on the program.
- Anyone 17 or above and has completed grade 12.
APPRENTICESHIPS PROGRAMME
DURATION
The duration of the Apprenticeship Program is 2 years. The first year takes place on campus to provide learners with the underpinning knowledge, skills, and theoretical understanding needed for their field. The second year is split with 70% of the apprentice’s time spent industry-based, carrying out on-the-job training, and the remaining 30% at the vocational institute.
